Help us support next year's emerging advocates

Rachael Myers, Executive Director

Lawmakers hear a lot of opinions. Do you ever wonder how often they hear from the people most impacted by poverty and homelessness?

Your partnership has been instrumental in launching our Emerging Advocates Program (EAP). This six-week long initiative supports people who have experiences homelessness or housing instability to speak up and advocate for positive policy change.

Will you make a gift today to the Housing Alliance to ensure we can continue this kind of leadership development in 2014 and beyond?

A gift of $50, $100, or $250 will help us engage and train low-income people. It'll enable them to tell their stories and to take leadership in organizing others in their communities for more affordable housing and an end to homelessness.

We know that no one can convey the importance of a stable home like someone who's been without one. With your support, we'll be working with EAP graduates to bring their stories and advocacy talents to the state capitol this upcoming legislative session where they'll remind lawmakers why our state should invest in opportunities for safe, healthy, affordable homes.

Click here to support leadership development and effective advocacy, and make your tax-deductible donation now.

Thank you!
